Day one
Enjoy an atmospheric start in Conwy Castle before heading off to traverse Northern Snowdonia - finishing off the day with a thrilling ascent of Crib Goch and Snowdon peak.

Day two
Today Southern Snowdonia presents more challenging terrain - welcome to the Moelwynion and Rhinogydd!

Day three
Climb Cadair Idris and then head into the Cambrian Mountains of Mid Wales, en route stopping off in the town of Machynlleth with the chance to resupply your running snacks!

Day four
Explore the remote, rolling hills of the wild Elan Valley. The route also goes to one of the highest summits in Mid Wales - Drygarn Fawr.

Day five
The sting in the Dragon’s tail is a traverse from The Black Mountain to the Brecon Beacons!

Experience the spectacular finish line inside the walls of Cardiff Castle - the capital of Wales. Enjoy celebrating with the event team and your fellow participants - and congratulations on an amazing journey!
